Description
The successful candidate will provide the expertise
and experience to implement the SAP Business One
solution according to client’s expectation.

|
Responsibilities include:
|
- Gather and analyse clients’ business and
functional specifications for translation into
an agreed implementation plan
- Install, configure and optimise SAP Business
One applications and solutions as per the agreed
implementation plan
- Design and undertake system testing and
support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), paying
attention to versioning and transition from
development and test to production phases
- Present regular project updates to the
clients, as appropriate, throughout the project
lifecycle
- Proactively identify and assess risk and
escalate to the project manager as required
- Troubleshoot implementation issues
- Provide alternative solutions where
technical constraints impede the business
process
- Produce and maintain customer specific
implementation documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered to customers
satisfaction within time and on budget
- Liase and troubleshoot support issues with
Support Consultant

In addition, there will be an element of pre-sales
support work on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities include: |
- Working with the sales team and prospects on
potential application design
- Solving product functionality and technology
issues
- Performing application prototyping and
testing
- Demonstrating SAP Business One functionality
to prospects
|
|
The majority of this role will be based on-site and
will therefore require travel. |
Experience / Qualities:
|
- Experience of SAP or SAP Business One
implementation cycle would be a distinct
advantage.
- The candidate must be able to communicate
and develop positive relationships with a wide
variety of clients, and must be a team player.
An accounting background and / or qualification
would be an asset in this role.
- Graduates will be considered for the role.
