Description
The successful applicant’s primary responsibility is
the provision of telephone application support
services to clients. The candidate will also deal
directly with the SAP Global support centre in
Ireland and provide solutions to the client by
communicating with the support centre.
There is also an opportunity to be involved in the
provision of consultancy and training services for
the right applicant. The support consultant position
is the stepping-stone to becoming a certified
implementation consultant.

Experience / Qualities: |
- Whilst prior experience in a SAP Business
One support role would generally be a
pre-requisite, significant experience in a
similar support role may prove sufficient for
the exceptional candidate.
- Excellent problem–solving and analytical
skills are essential for this role. The
successful candidate must also possess
exceptional communication skills and be a team
player.
- Candidates with degree-level education who
would like to be exposed to Information
Technology will also be considered.
